In this latest development phase, 152 of the 198 units are replacements for the original public housing and the rest provide additional affordable housing to the neighborhood. Westlawn Renaissance IV and VI contribute to the revitalization of the former Westlawn into Westlawn Gardens, bringing to completion 632 units.
